Hi and greetings to all of you.
This is my first post on this forum and I ma new to mobile programming.
I want to start programming for SIM Applications. Can any body tell me:
which IDEs are used for SIM application developement.
Are there any toolkits or APIs available for developement of SIM applications, If yes then are they freely avaiable.

Your answers will be greatly appreciated.

The SIM Application Toolkit (SATK) APIs and SDKs are not part of any published Symbian or Java SDK. You need to talk to SIM card manufacturers (specifically, one that your particular network operator has chosen to buy SIM cards from).
