In my opnion since Sendo no more exist the X code should be open source, in order
to give a chance to some programmers to tune it up.

Unfortunately, that can never happen - the source code to the Sendo X is licensed from Nokia, who own the rights to Series 60. Only a Series 60 licensee can view the source code.
...............and also their is a lot of Sendo IPR which now belongs to Motorola..... (like the NOW! screens, etc)
