Hi!
I was looking to sell off my 9210i and upgrade to 9500, when recently a week ago my communicator started acting weird.
I didn't drop it or anything as far as I can remember, neither hit it hard with something or vice versa. I always use it gently and keep it in it's leather pouch.
One day when I opened my 9210i the communicator screen went black after I opened the full cover and slid it back all the way. I am not sure why this is happening any loose cables or connections? Has anyone experienced this before?
The operating system is running fine and everything seems to work fine on it. When I open the cover slightly everything is working and the communicator is perfect. Uptill when I open 60% of the screen everything is working fine, but when I nudge it back more so its easier to type on the keyboard with the screen away, the communicator screen goes black and nothing appears.
Then when I close it back again like 50-60% of the cover back then its working fine where I left it. What shall I do? Any idea if there is a defect how much it will cost to fix it??
