Both Mobiles almost have same specifications (MP3-FM-Bluetooth...etc)
Beside the Software version, Shape .. what concerns me about 6260 is:
1- MP3 output: Stereo or MONO?? (SX1 has very good stereo output)
2- Battery life (SX1 has a very short battery life: 1.5 days?? & its really annoying)
3- Camera quality (SX1 has images a little better than N6600).
& which of them would you recommend??

1) mp3: 6260 is only got mono output for mp3 but stereo for radio
2) battery life: my 6260 can last for 2-3days. this actually depend on how often u r using it.
But Im impress by the last bar of the batt can still last for very long time.
some time can even last for one day.
3) camera quality: This is my 1st camera and symbian os phone. so im nt too sure how gd
is it. but i feel is ok lah.
As I said, this is my 1st symbian OS phone. So im nt too sure abt SX1. At 1st I also cant decide buying SX1, 6600 or 6260 but in the end i still choose 6260 bcos this is the newest phone and i feel the spec is quite gd also
I've been using the 6260 for last 7 months and used the SX1 for 1. These r the differences i've found.
-6260 has a classy look where SX1 has a plastic look.
-6260 has a better/sharper screen.
-SX1 has better software and u can update that from their website where Nokia sucks
-after couple of months use, u'll find 6260 loosing its finishing coat on the keypads and on the side pads. also, u'll see all kind of coating loss on the places that hit together when u close the top part. bad engeenering/ design.
-SX1 has bad battery life which improves a lil after updating the firmware.
-u get a bigger memory in SX1 than 6260 in MMC.
-pricewise, SX is cheaper which comes with the cable. Nokia... i had to buy it extra.
-SX has a better sound quality.
-SX had 2 yrs warrenty where Nokia got 1 ( in Bangladesh. But that might vary in other countries)
Bottom line: if u r not buying the SX1 special edition ( Black), go for the Nokia (black one). The very first thing u should do is upgrade the firmware and get FExplorar (its a freeware) which will make life easier.
