restart when speaking

a problem, when i are talking, the phone may restart or shut down.

how to solve this problem.

another problem, i set a wave file as my ring. but when i have the incoming phone, the x will change my ring to x ring in 2 seconds.

I had a similar problem when my phone would restart as I talked, but 'fixed' it by changing to a different network provider!! It seemed to be down to poor signal reception in my area on the old network. I've sinced upgraded to the latest firmware, and have yet to plug my old sim back in to see if this problem still occurs.
