cannot recieve phone sometimes

dear all. i have a problem here.

i find my x cannot recieve phone sometimes. when my friends call me, they always get the information about my phone is off. but i can call others.

pls tell me what's wrong with my x. my system is 1.98.5.2. my ram always have 3.2m left.

I have the newest version, and this problem still continues.

Does your problem occurs after you have used you MP3 player? Try and restrat your X. See if you can receive calls. Play an MP3 and see if you can receive calls during and after playing an mp3.
In my case this is the problem. I have no solution, send my phone back to the shop.

During the play of mp3, I don't receive phone calls. Just after I stop the mp3 player, I receive phone calls again (this didn't happened to me with the earlier firmware!!!). Besides this, sometimes (and why only some times?) the phone just dont receive phone calls (and I'm sure that it isn't because of not having signal)
