system error

Hello,

I have a nokia 7650. And every time i want to get into the menu i get an system error. The phone is starting up normally, i get an message i have an sms but i can't reach it, When i say show, i get also an system error. Who can help me out? Is it really needed to format the phone or is there an other way.

Reformatting should be enough. If it isn't, then reflashing it at your nearest authorized Nokia service center might be required.
