Hi, welcome to the forum, glad to have you on board! 😊

You're app seems very useful, I'll check it out. Could you possibly map one of the keys on the phone side to start/stop the recording, like Psiloc's Extended Recorder?

Thanks.

Sure, it has two of the CBA buttons on the right to start/stop recording. Please, download it and tell me what do you think about it.

This sounds great, I am downloading it to have try.
What are the CBA buttons? The software mentioned uses the * and # buttons on the front cover as these are not taken up by speed dials, is this what you mean?

No, it does not use buttons on the cover. I don't know how to program them 😉
When you open the cover of your Nokia 9300 you have 4 buttons on the right side - they're named CBA - Control Button Array.

Please, use them in order to start/stop manual recording. You could also playback the last recording.

Some bugs fixed, some minor features added

Interesting, as Psiloc's equivalent is really harmful to the system.
Of course, I have a wish list (free software users are NEVER satisfied...) 😃
1. Installation allowed onto the memory card
2. An option to specify where to save recordings (on the memory card preferably)
3. Front panel commands

Thanks a lot

Thanks,

Many people requested the same things. I am working on them.

Please, explain in further details point 3. Did you mean to have commands when the cover is closed?
I also downloaded Psiloc once but after I uninstalled it my phone became unstable. Maybe I've done something wrong. BTW it was one of the reasons I started writing this piece of software 😊

Working on it, thanks.

1. Yes, my wish is to use the phone external keyboard for basic commands (REC, STOP for example)

2. No I don't think you made anything wrong when installing Psiloc eRecorder: I have tried (and paid for, unfortunately) several Psiloc packages, ALL of them resulted in system instability. My policy is now to avoid any Psiloc software.

Good job, anyway. Thanks.

How can i uninstall Free voice recorder from my phone?

thanks
Salman

You can go to Control Panel, Data Management, Application Manager. Then find by scrolling the Recorder application and then choose Remove.

This is the way all of the apps on Series 80 are uninstalled.

Thanks

thx it is a useful software

i would ask you how to access directory C:\system\apps\recorder where is saved recent recorded calls?

have a nice day
and thx again

Thanks for developing the software and make it free. This software was made for the series 80 devices and it doesnt run in a series 60 device. Can you please make a version of this software that will run on series 60 devices such as N70.

Or can you please tell me about any free software for call recording for series 60

Hi

kenkato wrote:Hi, any plans to release a version that works on 9500?

how can i install smart movie player in nokia 9500 i tired but its says application not supported is there any other player in which i can view .avi files

Hello,

My name is Johnney, I am from Romania. I have downloaded and installed your program

Recorder v 0.3 for Series 80 Nokia phones,

on my Nokia 7710 and it works fine with one exception: it records, it plays the record, but when I want to look for in in the phone's memory I cannot find it. It's not in the phone's memory, nor on the card memory. And I cannot explain why, because the files should be there somewhere, since I can play the last record (in my case, record5.amr). How can I find them? I tried the "Search" option of the telephone, it could not locate it either. Please help..

emanahov wrote:Guys,

Recently I finished developing a Call Recorder software. It records every call you make/receive. You can use it also as a normal Voice recorder.

And it's free 😊

Download and enjoy 😊

Comments most welcome 😊
