Well I just recently (20min ago) bought Ashen and Tony Hawks.
Well, It turns out that EB Games sold me one of those demo games that you play at the store to try it out. Thats bull. The tony Hawks Box says NOT For Resale and the game says Not for resale, C-Demo, ver.2.9 . I didnt notice until I got home.
Well ashen is cool, at first I didnt like it but then kinda started getting into the game. So I guess I kinda liked it, while playing, a smile came over my face.
Well anyway, I was wondering what to do. Like can I complain and get a free game or something? The Ashen game was new but THPS was used. Are there any suggestions?

Sorry to hear that. You should go back to the same store and take it up with them (at least for a refund). Makes no sense to me for a store to sell "not for resale" demos.
