I am confused between the two. Which is a better phone is terms of these criteria :
1. Ability to install loads to applications (including word and excel viewers) and java games (with sound).
2. Durable
3. MP3 player. I know 7610 has a mono player but does it make a big difference ?
4. Easily extensible memory.
The price of both the phones is almost equal.

Get a 6680 😃
Both are Series 60 although 6630 is little faster then 7610.
7610 has all fashion looks.
Both are having Xpress on Covers.
I would suggest you if u go in this Range then go for Nokia 6681.
6630 and 6681 have almost same features
6630 is 3G but 6681 is not
and looks are the main difference.
or if money no matter then 6680.
6680 is out of my range. I want a 3G phone, so I guess that leaves out 6681 too.
I like the looks of 6630 but I admit 7610 is slightly better looking.
Are there applications available so that I can view word and excel files on 7610 ?

i hope its not late dont buy any thing just coz you have read its feature ask the people who used 6630 and they can help you more
and its right nokia 6630 3G but nokia 7610 is cheaper and looking pretty and its power-full using but i heard there is a problem in nokia 6630 of their battery and its anten and it come after a while of using it ok
ask then make a decission
my advise nokia 7610 or nokia 6670 :icon14:
beside the both using operation system of 7.0s so no deffrent of download java application or either game for both of them

Nokia 7610, 6630 and 6670 are having similar price range. EDGE and GPRS are only present in 6630 out of these 3 as I gathered from Nokia site.
Also 630 supports wav and midi format ringtones which none of other two support

7610, 6630 and 6670 are all in the same price range. 6630 has GPRS and EDGE which the other two do not support. Also 6630 has wav and midi ringtone support which the other two lack.
I gathered all this info from Nokia site.
I have read on some reviews that 6630 has poor battery life. Is it poorer than 7610 ? On an average day with 30 minutes talk time and some mp3 listening, how long will the 6630 battery last ?
Also I've read that 6630 has some network problems switching between 2G to 3G. Is that true ?
Can I have some more comments regarding which one should i buy out of 7610 and 6630, please ?
