pc connect to nokia 6260 not work

Hi all,

i am new in nokia 6260.
i used usb connector cable for Nokia 6260 with my PC but at first my PC can not find driver of 6260 and after that i used pcsuit but it is not work after i chose com1, com2 and com4 one bye one.
i do not know how to do?
please help me.

Which cable do you have, exactly? Make sure it is a Nokia DKU-2 cable.

Then uninstall PC Suite (if you installed the version you got on CD) & also uninstall from Control Panel and its Add/Remove Programs also the "Nokia Connectivity Cable driver".

Then download from http://www.nokia.com/pcsuite the latest version of PC Suite (6.6.16) and install it. The PC Suite installation package will also install the latest DKU-2 cable drivers.
