I ordered a 7650 from Mobile Republic on the T_Mobile tarrif... Two days later they have replied saying the phone is out of stock and that they don't know when they are gonna get new stock in :cry:
They asked me if I wanted to chose a different phone... I just frowned miserably :x (via e-mail of course 😉 )

Anyone else had problems like this? Ive bought from them in the past ...they always have A* 😊 quality service!
Ive recieved no other correspondance from them! I was sooo looking forward to the phone arriving sometime today! Im heart broken! :cry:

E-mail is such a rubbish way of getting your point across, give them a ring and say that you either want your phone in a reasonable amount of time or you want your money back...Simple. 😃
But you shouldn't speak to the normal operators. They are not even authorised to give you money back. Look up the company's trading address and phone their switchboard and ask to speak with someone senior. (make up the title: Communications Director is normally a good one.) And remember, they don't know who you are, could a newspaper columnist??!?! 😃

I bough my phone from the Mobile republic...but going out of stock cannot be regarded as bad service. Just Bad luck! Anyways, do what J2theIZZO told you!

I only ordered it 2 days ago. Oh well I really cant do anything if they are out of stock... I dont think they can "magic" them in overnight.. probably give 'em a week bfore goin totally hay-wire!
But the thing is its really difficult not being able to contact them directly... They dont have a sales or enquiries line... its soley done on the net... So you kinda feel uneasy about the whole thing 😞
Ivee bought stuff from them before... and they keep there promise of delivary within 48 hours 😊 which was great!
But this time I think Im being punished buy god for something I did!
