I've tryied to make a back up to my 6680,but after completion i get the messege,error and in log details i see that my contacts not back uped.The error messege i get was same,in both nokia pc suite 6.5 and 6.6 versions.As result when i upgrade the firmware on the phone all my contacts was lost.Also when i tryied to make a restore from pc to the phone,in the the data selection all the boxes(settings.messeges,calender,contacts,etc),was sellected and it was't possible to sellect only the contacts for restoring.Any assistant is welcome.Tks/regards. :frown:

Use Your Phone Backup System.
Go To Memory and then Backup Phone Memory.
Or Just Sync Via P.C Suite and then after Firmware installation Again Sync.
Or Mark All Contacts and then Copy To Memory Card.
