Autolock doesn't work anymore

my autolock worked great for about 3 weeks, now it won't lock.

i can go in and change the time setting but nothing happens.

any ideas?

Have you tried turning phone off and then on again? I had this problem once and it worked again after reset of phone

Have you got any apps running in the background? the autolock only kicks in after the phone is idle for a period of time but some apps running in the background may confuse it into thinking it isn't idle if you know what I mean.

yes, i have restart my phone a few times and still doesn't work.

i ended up remove it and reload it again, it's working now.
