I cant connect my phone with my pc. My Phone is Nokia 6670, OS Windows Xp Pro with Service Pack 1. I first installed the pc suite that came with the cd but its just a failure. I downloaded pc suite 6.4 and installed but still the same problem. I read that I have to install the latest pc suite and I downloaded pc suite 6.6. I read that the get connected wizard will do the job but it's still the same. Every time I connect my phone through USB, an icon always appear that shows notes that "One of the USB attached to the computer has malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it". The computer can't even find the driver for it.
What will I do? Does anybody had the same problem and had it solved? Plss tell me what to do.

If it was my PC, I'd first uninstall PC Suite and the Nokia Connectivity Cable drivers and any Bluetooth software. Then I'd update WinXP to SP2 + whatever other updates there are.
After that, install the latest PC Suite, connect the phone with the USB cable and wait until Plug & Pray is done with its discovery.
I always uninstall pc suites and connectivity drivers before installing new ones. I even restore the point when my fonr was not yet been plugged to my pc. Does service pack 2 worth or it will just do the same? I heared that service pack 1 is much better for pc suites. But I will try your suggestion. Thanx by the way!!!
I haven't had any issues with SP2 and PC Suite (and SP2's Bluetooth software has been reliable as opposed to the manufacturer supplied software I used before SP2).
I got my 7610 from UK ,and I am useing it in the USA . First time I was try to install the drive from the CD that comes with the phone it didn`t pass the XP window logo .. any way I try to install the latest version of PC suite 6.5 or the DUK-2 .. I can not get connncted to my PC . I can dowlod the PC suite , but the it says there is no phone conncted . When I try the DKU_2 drive the massage comes that thier is another versiobn of this drive exsist in the C\Dacument \..
and I can`t find this drive in my computer . I even try the ragestry cleaner it didnt
work .. some one pleas help me .. thank you joe
