Profiles - any way to get one to auto answer without a headset?

Recently got a 6680 and I find the loudspeaker option overides the need for a handsfree kit in the car for the most part.

My question is...

Is it possible to specify in a profile that should a call come through, it automatically answers the call after x amount of rings and then automatically puts the call through to loudspeaker?

That way I could have one profile for 'normal' use and then switch to another profile when getting into the car.

Also, anyone know why it is not possible to create a voice command for 'Tom Tom'?

Also, is there any way to get bluetooth to come on with one profile automatically when you select it?

That way when I switch to a 'car' profile calls could automatically be answered after 3 rings, the caller would be on loudspeaker and when I switch to Tom Tom the bluetooth GPS receiver could be found automatically.
