What would happen if all the people who are unhappy with Mr Nokia and his uncaring ways got together and spent a special day sending complaints to the same e-mail addresses, obviously ones that would be appropriately important. If a sudden surge of woefull stories was presented all at once it may cause a stirring of emotion. Maybe even an answer. Or is this asking too much.
Well, like i said, just a thought. ![]()
Thought for the day!
Judging by everyones experiences in here, I think the nokia e-mail server will be down for the day.

I'm not making excuses for Nokia. If they're taking the urine then it's not good enough (particularly considering how many pennies we give them for their products), but things could be worse....
Think of poor Sony J5 owners (of which I was one
). You buy the phone because they promise to release software that'll let you synchronise it with Outloook, let you download background pictures and allow you to download WAV files....
The advertisments were on the boxes, and in flash animations on the internet (look at Andy as he downloads a photo of his girlfriend to his Sony J5)....
The software will be ready in August
after more sales...
The software will be ready in September
after more sales...
The software will be ready in October
after more sales...
The software will be ready in November
after more sales...
Nah! You're not getting the software and stop complaining!
LOL @ Flipside
I suggest this be done carefully - if you live in the UK then be VERY careful as thanks to Jack Straw this is considered terrorism, and with the new terrorism laws being introduced you could be put in jail forever without a trial.
Have a nice day ![]()
[PS - lets not start a political debate here on ER6]
I would never suggest that uncle Jack hasn't got our interests at heart, what about e-mailing him! Maybe he can provide consumers with a forum to air their grievances instead of taking the power from the buyer and giving it to the seller. Sorry, that's enough, not another word on the subject from me! I'll take to chewing my belt whenever i have to format/backup.........................................
The industry seems to hurt certain people, the ones who believe in technology. I love it. I'm not a gadget freak, i just like the thought that technology can help me in my business. The techno freak buys any product, as long as it's new, and never uses it to it's capacity, therefore never sees it's inherent problems.
The believer buys new technology with the promise of advancing ones opportunity in the workplace. But only the believer suffers when the promises dwindle. Tecno boy just finds a new gadget, i'm stuck trying to make the bugger work for me instead of against. And now there are rumours that nokia have addressed the problems (if the 9210i does exsist) that they never admitted were there.
Free upgrade?
I must be working too hard.
