When I try to access my service provider wap site I get this error
Web: cannot access server
I surf to other websites using the mobile just not my service provider wap website.
It used to work.It just suddenly came up with that error.
I've tried a hard reset by pressing the 3 buttons but the error still comes up
Has anyone had a similar problem like mine or know if this is a software probem? :frown:
Sounds more like a service provider (gateway or server) problem rather than anything to do with the phone.
I used my sim card with another mobile.A Nokia 6101 and a Sony Ericsson K600i and it went thru to the site fine with no problems
Can a specific mobile be uncompatible with the network?It just suddenly didnt work
The server/site you're connecting to might look at the HTTP_USER_AGENT header the phone's browser sends & prevent access because it, for example, doesn't recognize it.
If other servers/sites work fine, that's a clue that it isn't likely to be your phone or SIM card.
Anyway I can fix this problem?
