When i send some files through bluetooth they appear as messages in my inbox.
If i try to open them, they are always opened with the notes program.
How can i change this, so that i have the option to save them in a directory in the filesystem ?

What "some files", exactly, are they?
For file types for which there is no "handler" (the phone doesn't know what kind of files they are), the default behaviour is to open them with the Notes app. Unfortunately it doesn't in that case just simply offer the user an option for saving them.
The file don't have any special extension.
I can't change this behaviour, can i ?

Best way is to use FExplorer, which will let you browse the Inbox and save out any files, of any type.
