how many of you have emailed nokia about your faulty phone?

mmm, so far this poll isn't going how i expected it to?
if you vote no, could you please post as to why? is it that you don't have the faults as mentioned in this forum or, are you just waiting for nokia to release a fix for the phone?

I didnt mailed them because i dont have any major faults...only annoying beep, thats it.
And my phone is dust free 😃 and NO, i didnt mod it! Hope it will stay that way :tongue:

maybe a better question would be, how many of you think Nokia need to add an option to remove the beep. Many people would email nokia about the beep but just can't be arsed. Try posing a question which still proves to nokia that this isn't a isolated occurence but also a question which people can show their dislike of the beep, even if they haven't taken any major action over it! :icon14:

With regard to your email concerning your 3230, we are sorry to hear about your experience with this handset, however this seems to be in isolated case as we have no other record of this from any other customers.
