problems after upgrading

after flashing with the new firmware i would recommed reformatting the phone via the pwr-5 method. perhaps a few times. also, you can NOT do a restore from your old backup as the themes will not work on the new firmware. that is my guess as to what your problem is. if you need to recover contacts and calendar data, i would flash back to the old firmware - synch with outlook or save them via a third party application (like backup contacts) then flash forward to the latest version.

also please keep in mind that you must have your battery at 100% before flashing.

where can i obtain tha old firmware? i just made a backup to the sd memory, but i tired to try so i formatted but i also made a back up of my phone in my pc via pc conect i know is there but every time that i restore via pc conect, my contacts doesnt appear, sorry for my english. thanks.

i am usually online from 0800 CST until 1700 CST, then on and off until the next morning.

Me podr�as decir que firmware usaste para actualizar tu Sendo X, yo tambi�n tengo uno pero me preocupa actualizar si no hay una versi�n oficial de Telcel, y seg�n veo tu lo lograste, podr�as decirme que versi�n usaste y si aun tienes uso de las funciones b�sicas (SMS, MMS, WAP)
