Saving MP3 to N-Gage QD - You need a USB cable or Bluetooth. From there just install the Pc Suite and you are able to copy MP3's to the MMC Card. If you need a player, just get Helix or UltraMP3 ( UltraMP3 is shareware )

Playing Stereo FM - N-Gage QD ain't stereo. And the FM feature has been removed from the QD to make it smaller.
