Fax sending and receiving problem — Nokia 9210 and 9290

Hi there,

I have a problem with sending and receiving faxes. If I send a fax my communicater responces with: (while sending)

MSVServer
Reason=User
Code=44

After that he closes the server and message program. He also gives a remark "lack of resources" after the error.

After that I am not able to delete the fax from the outbox, I first have to open it and then delete it. Receiving gives the same error but after the error I can read the fax.

Does anybody knows how to end this problem? I have firmware load 4.13(6) and all programms are running from D: (MMC)

The lack of resources thing makes me assume that you don't have enough memory(ram) when running.
Try closing all apps with appman of switcher.
Or the old way press SHIFT-CTRL-CHR-K in the running apps like inter/office/calender/contacts/desk

It's just a suggestion. But it won't hurt to try 😊

or an old trick --- try reinstalling your fax application. :angel:
