I have a brand spanking new Nokia 6680 on Orange.
When I get a message or a missed call, it should still come up with 1 Message Received or 1 Missed Call shouldn't it? I know this phone has the rubbish Orange Home screen but it should still be telling me that? It currently just comes up with an envelope and thats it.
Please help. Ive already sent this phone back once.

hi , i believe b4 u encounter this problem , u should received some kind of error on ur phone . this is old problem. u need to delete some file in your phone .
please reply with the error message then i can try to help you.
