Help on Extended Profiles ?

Does anyone else get "App. Closed eProfiles USER 11" ?

Mine wont work at all and says this to me everytime !

Ive mailled PSiloc and still waiting for an answer but just wondering if you folks had seen this b4 ?

no i did not have this yet...(V.3.12)
and i am was help to test out the eprofile...
so i had many different beta-versions on my phone,but never have this error.
have u e-profil pro?
witch version it is?
and your phone?

try to remove it,and the install it new,maybe this helps?

Nah tried removing plus re-install twice already !

my phone is now on version 3.16 after nokia had it for 3 wks

and i am running Extended Profiles Regular

( They gave me free version for a few good ideas i gave them ) 😊

i dont now much about the regular,but it seems to be near the same then the pro.
send a mail to PsiLOC and explain your troubel,so they can work out.

Hi,

I have exactly the same problem, and have as well contacted Psiloc...no reply yet!

I get the same error message only when i try to read email messages from the SIM-card memory.
