i've got a nokia 3650 with the program: philips camcorder pro on it.
but sometimes i've got a problem with the sound then i don't have sound. then i have to restart the phone and the sound is back. but now the sound won't come back my firmware version is 4.17 so what can be the problem are there other programs to record because i'm gonna crazy i have tried to install this program 4 times again and again. and everytime the problem comes back
so what's going on is my phone broken or am i doing something wrong??

It's a know problem, there are various fixes you can try like dfraging your MMC or saving videos to pone mem, not sure if they actually work thou, you'll get no help from phillips as they never answer their e-mails and have not updated their software for months.
