I'm having power issues with my phone. Out of nowhere the phone powers down. I read that maybe a firmware update might fix it, but i think the power buttonmay be stuck b/c sometimes the phone will cycle through the profile screen before shutting down.
The real problem is that I bought the phone online and live I=in the US. Nokia says I have to call nokia europe for help b/c they can't do anything. SO i don't know where to go to get this repaired or even if i wanted a firmware update.
Any suggestions?
