I can not use any mp3 tones in my nokia 6630, when I try to use as a phone tone, the phones displays a message saying "the phone does not support this kind of file" but I can play the mp3s. Is there a way to enable my phone to use mp3 tones?

your phone is probably locked to a service provider, you would have to flash it to the generic software
