Hello, please, help me. To day i tried update a firmware, but during downloading i close (by mistake :frown: ) uploading program on PC. and now i can�t turn on a phone. when i remove battery and again push in, phone start himself and show that downloading screen and is irresponsive on nothing....not even turn on wit 5 (reset) :frown: :frown: :frown:
please, help me somebody, what shall i do ????

Did you already try updating the phone again? When it's still in dl mode, you can try running the update again.

Did you remove the battery and start again from there? That normally kills the install process (I think!), so you can start again.
Next try a 5-restart.

Sorry, I see you did 😞 Try it again anyway.
as a general rule of thumb - if the process is not at least 20% completed then the phone will most likely have to be returned to a service center for repair.
it is stresssed in more than one forum and post to NOT disturb the phone or the PC during this process - as well as to ensure that your battery is 100% charged before you begin.
the only advice i have for you at the moment is to remove all cards from the phone (SIM and storage), attempt to reformat with pwr-5. if that fails, go to sendosmartphones and download the firmware again - yes again - and reinstall it into a different directory. then attempt the flash again without any cards in the phone.

what icons are showing on the phone and when you connect the phone to the pc does the pc recognize it?
