When I try to store things to the memory card of my 6620, I get a message "Memory card is read-only" I can't format the card, or write to it with the Nokia PC suite. I am using the 32 meg card provided with the phone.
Any help would be appreciated.

I had the same problem (just bought my 6620 on Thursday). Contact Nokia, and tell them about the problem. There was a bad batch of cards that went out... the phone says the memory card is Write Protected. The card may work in other devices however. Nokia will replace the card (most likely with a 64 Mb card) at no charge, since this is a known problem to them. If anyone tells you otherwise, just call back and hope you get someone else. There is nothing wrong with the phone itself, just the memory card. Also, before you call, write down the IMEI number of your phone (or whatever its called... its 15 digits) because they will need that and since it is under the battery in the 6620.
