how can change icons of my aplicattion

Hello i Like Know change icons of aplicattions,I have extra icons in mbm archives, I use icon manager but i add to desk "error in ICONMANAGER\G_KBDDRV.

Don't think you need icon manager,

Hi-light the item you want to change the icon of, Menu, File, Properties,

On the options you should be able to select a new icon,

icon is not showing in menu, file, properties

please help me
