help my emails doing my head in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

can someone please help me out here cos the people on the other end of the phone at vodaphone are useless and im still waiting for a call from their engineers and its been a week now basically i cant read my emails i know ive recieved them cos i can listen to em by ringing 242 on the odd occasion it works but the majority of the time it doesnt and it doesnt send either i know my settings r all defiantely correct so can any one shine some light on this for me cheers
