I've installed an app called FitnessAssistant and it was working fine but now after i installed some other programes it won't work.
It starts, flashes the opening screen as though it will start ok but then less than a second later it closes and i'm back in my menu.
I've not uninstalled anything to do with the program so i'm a bit stumped.
Also i tried to install Smart Movie and it installed but did the same as the other app(well it did it first then Fitness wouldn't work) so i uninstalled that.
If no one can help can i do a hard reset and if so how? I'm not worried about losing the apps i added just wondering if the phone would be ok.
Any help would be great.

Apart from uninstalling your prog, I can't think of anything. These are the reset options:
*#7780# - Soft Reset. (Restores ini files from rom but preserves user data (photos, 3rd party apps etc)
*#7370# - Hard Reset. (Reformats the C: drive. All applications and files stored on this drive will be lost and clean default files will be rewritten)

Well. It happened with my smart movie too. It didn't work from the beginning. After various failed attempts to get it work by any way, i formatted the MMC and re-installed the application. It is working now.
