Indexing into contacts via key pad - 6680

I have over 1000 contacts on my 6680.

They are listed by Surname then First name.

However, to index into them when I type the letters the results are indexing into the First name despite the fact that the contacts are listed Last then First.

Is there a way of changing this?

There's a handy little app called NameSwap which is apparently the only way to do this until Nokia sort out the bug.
