Viewing the notes field

It's a limitation of the simplified PIM apps. To view a note in full, you have to scroll through it in Edit mode. Silly, if you ask me, it wouldn't take a lot of work on Nokia's part to fix this.

Sadly, no device/system is perfect, especially as handhelds get more complicated under the hood. Prior to Symbian devices since 2002, I used Palm OS from 1999, for three years (Palm III, IIIx, IIIc, Treo 270) and Palm OS had just as many quirks. They were just different ones.

As with any platform, it's best to work hard to 'settle in' before complaining too much.
