If you look on DV RS MMC cards they often tell you the up and down read spead. My question is, does anyone know what is the maximum speed for Nokia 6680 to read and write on the card?
I mean, it must be worthless to pay for a "super high" speed card if you cant use the speed cause the phone doesnt do it faster anyway.
High-speed cards are not supported on the 6680; the high-speed cards have more (13) pins/connectors (for transferring more bits in parallel) and the reader must have, too; the 6680 has only the "standard" 7 pins/connectors.

I just got a super high speed 256mb card from moby memory (advertised above) and it has more than 7 pins
Are you saying it is going to be no faster than the standard card?
I havent noticed much of a difference so far however saving a state in picodrive takes a lot longer since i sarted using the 256mc
