😡 It would appear that synchronisation failure is a common complaint of 9500 users. Mine started to play up when I was travelling out of the UK for a month. As yet I haven't had the issue resolved but have reinstalled PC Suite, then uprated PC Suite, tried Bluetooth rather than cable, reset profiles, worked through the nokia online manual and FAQ's. I am now going to get the firmware updated at my local Nokia centre (I have 4.44(1).
So far the only success I have had is that by removing calandar update I have synched the other componants (My hypothesis was that since I had not been synching for c. 3weeks whilst travelling that the synch file was too big) any way I still get the famous SYNC-EXEC No 3 error.
So apart from why have Nokia not published the issue and saved us a load of time? if this doesn't work what else is there to do? 😡 😡 😡
