Can't get real media player play streaming media

[COLOR=Black][SIZE=2][FONT=Tahoma]Can't get real media player play streaming media . Still getting message unable to connect to server . Anybody haw any idea why ?
Is it a providers problem ??[/FONT][/SIZE][/COLOR]
