Just got a new 6680 on orange and for some reason the phone crashes the phone just stops and freezes only way to get it going again is to take the battery out and start the phone again, anyone else had this problem what would be causing this , is it best to take the phone back to the shop thanx???

If it's new, there's not much point messing about. I returned mine the other day with no hassles.
