SAMSUNG Unveils Symbian-based Smartphones in Europe
Samsung Electronics, the world�s third-largest handset maker, releases its first Symbian smartphones, which account for about 80% of smart phones in the global market. Samsung is going to introduce two Symbian smart phones, SCH-D720 and SGH-D730, in Europe.
The D720 has a sleek slide-up design and weighs only 110g, while the D730 is a clamshell-type phone and remarkably light at 97g.
The D720 and D730 offer synchronization over Bluetooth and SyncML and are equipped with a 1.3-megapixel camera as well as MP3 player with lyrics support. The D720 also supports stereo sound with a built-in stereo speaker system.....
