Hi all, been reading these forums for a log time, but had no reason to post until now ...
Have just bought a 6680 to replace my 7610. I used the Data Transfer Apps to start transfering my contacts, etc from the old phone to the new one, but stopped half way through as it had frozen. Gave up and entered it all by hand, but now have the problem that the Data Transfer app on the new phone still wants to complete the job, but I've sold the old phone, so cant! Any ideas how i reset the app on the 6680 so it doesn keep wanting the old phone?

Data Transfer is meant to be "one time use" application meaning you should move from one phone to another phone only once (it does not syncronise which means that it does not tackle duplicates and so on)
For reseting, try:
- with FExplorer (or similar application by which you can browse the filesystem of your device) remove file C:\system\shareddata\101ff93b.ini
Now you can restart datatransfer application.
