I'm synching OK with my 9300 now (touch wood) with v6.6 PC Suite. But one error message I had yet again the other day, which forced me to have to do was words along the lines of the above'. Had this previously when I had synch problems. Think it means that the device has closed Calendar becuase t cannot recognise certain entries in Outlook, and it renders it unopenable, resulting in a forced reformating factory reset. The otehr day, I installed a program ('Plan'😉 on trial then decided I didn't need it and thus uninstalled. Went back to Calendar - damn it the same message comes up!!
Does anyone know why this happens and how I can prevent it? I'm petrified now of inastalling any 3rd party sftware. Is the answer to close all programs prior to attemping an install/uninstall? I have latest firmware (4.53 I think, and Windows XP with Outlook 2003)
