plz help me! my 6630 wont start!i can only see nokia logo, after that a message appear "PHONE START-UP FAILED CONTACT RETAILER"PLZ HELP ME !!!!! :frown:

I've had the same problem.
You have to format it:
Press and hold 3 keys; Green dial key, * Star key, no. 3 key on
keypad and then press the power on/off to swtich on the phone.
