Hi everybody... My sendo x wont let me check my call credit through the on screen service, usually on any other fone when you type in *174# and call it, it shows my remaining call credit! On the X it just says 'requesting' but it never completes the task. Any ideas to resolve this problem? Thank you, Owen

Which network are you on, and in which country?
Im in Ireland, on the vodafone network! I also have the newest firmware (french release) without the gprs bug update.....
Should that not be *#174#?
in the uk mine was *#1345#
mine here in belgium is *333#

Try putting your sim in another phone and try the code again? (So we know where it's a phone problem or a sim/network problem!)

Its definetly the phone because i have several other phones and it works in all others..
