ICQ client that supports proxy server

Hello,I need an ICQ or IRC client that supports proxy?Any suggestions?Thanks in advance!

If you configure the proxy in the access point (APN) properties I think Agile Messanger should work at least for ICQ

Nope,it does't work.It seems the proxy settings in the APN sections apply only to opera and the built-in browser...
