1st time user here. Please can u help....
My 'sheets' function in 'office' freezes when I try to open an Excel file copied from my PC. File manager also freezes. I then need to wait a very long time (switching the phone off & on) to get things back to normal. This is sporadic...sometimes the phone freezes & sometimes not. It happens when the phone is 'converting' the Excel file to suit Symbian sheet. This is really frustratingIs their any software update or anything to help? Much appreciated
(PS I find the battery life very poor...is this just me?

It's just that large or complex Excel files can takes ages to convert. Microsoft is equally to blame.
Sheet on the 9500 is a good app when dealing with native EPOC sheets, but you shouldn't try and open large desktop files in it.
