New to Nokia 6630, can ogg audio files, playable though oggplay be used as ringtones? If not, is there any other way of using music files as ringtones such as mp3 or acc, etc? Phone is on 3 network.

Dunno if this helps but i'm using ogg audio files as ringtones on my 6680. I had to copy them from the ogg folder to the regular sound ringtone folder on the MMC first.

Tried this on 6630 and works a treat!
Get Ogg Play and convert those songs into Ogg format, copy to the sounds/digital folder and use as ringtones, cool 😃
