Hi. When I try and download a game file sent via text (Virgin GPRS) to device memory (plenty of memory as no other applications have been installed)`, it gets to the 'removing' message and then I get an error message saying 'unable to install' / sometimes 'app.closed'. I've found some threads relating to the 2nd message via the net, that suggest reformatting the phone. I've tried that but it hasn't made any difference.
I've called loads of service centres, and all I hear is we don't support QD's or, don't download games. Don't download games....that's the reason I bought it!!!
Any other suggestions? Thanks.
