Help needed please

Hi everyone...

I have a problem on my 9500. Every time I switch it on,after I digit the pin code,a message on the pda appears and it says:

program: cuicover101f8ddf
code number: user
number: 11

The fact is that when I digit the pin codefrom the phone side,the pda shuts down for some reason,so I have to re-boot,switch on the phone and digit the pin code from the pda. After I digit the pin code from inside the "problem message" appears and then my 9500 starts working fine.

Would somebody please tell me what the problem is? Any clue? 🙄

Seems like a problem with the so called "cover UI" (User Interface) sw handling the cover display & keypad. If there is no hardware problem, then reformatting the phone will probably clear it up (it'd be interesting to know what caused it, though, but not easy to find out).
