Motorola a925 . unable to syncronize all date

When i syncronize, the contacts on the SIM are not transfered on to the outlook. All other contacts are transfered.. Please advice me...

I am using a blue tooth dongle to connect my Motorola a925 on to the laptop.

Sorry to say but this is normal. The contacts on your USIM card are NOT included when syncronizing. The only way around it is to manually copy all contacs on your card to the phone and then resync. This means that you will not use the USIM card for contacts at all.
